I'm looking for a designer/programmer who can support me in developing a mobile application for iOS (primary) and Android which will help tutors to plan sessions, communicate with clients and manage their business effectively.
The application will need to have a range of features including session scheduling, invoice generation and provisions for tutors to select from a database of lesson objectives and upload lesson resources in advance of a session. Finally we need a provision for parents to login and see what topics child has been working through, how they're doing and what they are due to be working through next.
The ideal designer/programmer will have excellent English skills and be able to support us through the process of developing/refining the idea towards publication.

Budget seem to be low for kinda of task that you quoted, it eventually cannot be ended with Mobile App alone, it needs a backend functionality as well. Are you flexible with budget.
