I need several micro-learning training modules to be created

I need an experienced training specialist whom understands adult pedagogy and the principles of micro-learning to create several follow up modules to a training workshop. The work is to be completed for a local plant nursery open day. The workshop will be around how to effectively split outdoor orchids and the care programme that is necessary to follow to ensure that the plants bulbs thrive after being split. The modules will be sent to all registered attendees via email and mobile after the open day and will be split over 3 separate bursts of succinct content (content to be provided once the freelancer has been accepted).
