I need of Live Quiz App

I need an APP for Android and iOS.

the budget I entered is only indicative because I have no idea so you can make your offers

It is a quiz game where each question has three possible answers (but only one correct) and the user must answer in a few seconds.

The app must contain 3 quizzes: one available at any time and free, one available at any time but for a fee, one instead that starts at a set time and finally one.

these are the features:

- whenever the user plays, the questions are always different and random
- the questions must have increasing difficulty (therefore have the possibility of labeling the questions that I insert as easy, medium or difficult)
- an administrative form where I can insert unlimited questions every day
- a store where the user can purchase credit packages
- each quiz must have two aids that cost credits
- each question correctly answered by the user assigns him a number of points necessary to determine the ranking of the day and that of the month
- a wheel of fortune that can be spin once a day and awards a prize in points to the user
