General information for the app: Muscle Manager can be downloaded on the itunes store
Description of every page/module: Hi, i basically need someone who is familiar with apps and iTunes connect to explain to me how my app is doing and how i could perhaps gain more downloads. I have specific questions that i need answering e.g. why have i not gained any money yet (when i have sold apps), how do i withdraw this money? and what is the reason that downloads in the USA are the lowest (considering the app is in English i would have thought it would be one of the higher continents?). This plus a basic review of my app is what i am looking for?
