I need an iPad app developed to show directory structure of online Filerun system.

I need an app developed to be used by a smallish network of users that will connect using the provided API to our FIlerun system. New API requires 0auth2 authentication but once connected the user will browse their file structure and be able to preview/open their files (99% pdf).THere is also an upload section of the API that we will need to use to allow users to upload a filled out pdf.
