I need a wedding planning application created

General information for the business: It is an online wedding planning app for brides

I want the layout to look very similar to this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.agnesse.weddingplanner .

Except I want to be able to add our own advertisements for our clients at the bottom of each section and make them clickable to pages inside the app that includes their contact information, a description of what they do, a few photos, reviews that are pulled over from their website or any online review program that they use and the ability to click on a link that automatically adds directions to a phone for easy navigation to their shop.

I also want the user to be able to take photos of wedding dresses, cakes, flowers, invitation, etc. as well as save photos from websites, social media, and email and save them to a spot in their copy of the app that pertains to that part of their planning process. For example, if you look at the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.agnesse.weddingplanner and click on costs, this part breaks down the cost of the wedding which I love. So duplicate those categories but have a separate area to store their photos under each category. I want the photos in those categories to be linked from the cost categories so that when they're planning their cake for example, they can click on cakes and their budget, photos and vendors pull up under that category. This will be duplicated for each category.

I also want under the vendors pages to have the ability to have ads, not just add the vendors they want. The layout for the vendor page can be similar to the budget page where the categories are listed at top and the bride can click on each one. At the top of each category is where they can fill in the vendor information they'll be using and the bottom of each category there will be 5 banner ads and then below the banner ads there will be all other wedding vendors contact information (name, phone, website) of every vendor in that category that's registered in the brides area. This information should auto fill and pull over from places like the business license website for Oregon. I don't want to have to add all of that separately. It should auto-fill. Below all of this there will be the planning information (budget, photos, etc. that pertain to each category)

I want the app to be free for users but there will be paid ads. So I need the backend to be accessible and able to add/delete/change vendors that advertise. I want an area in the app that advertisers can click on and they will be redirected to a website that will have all of the information for advertising costs. Also, we want the app to be specific for Oregon. Under vendors, I want the client to be able to add their zip code that says "find vendors in your area." The app will use their GPS to find all vendors in their area by category whether they pay or not but with paid vendors in each specific category pulling up first. These will be the advertisers.
