I need a simple app for my hostel

Need to create an app on my hostel's ipad with the following requirements (all artwork and info will be provided):

1. Customised app logo with hostel name as app icon (logo provided).

2. Main page with 4 main icons that leads to 4 main functions of the app :
- Handover manual (PDF)
- Videos (videos of the instructions)
- Important contact info (just a simple page)
- *important* Contract page (more info below)

3. Main feature that i need on this app is for the guests to read through a contract and sign the contract on the iPad. There needs to be fields like - name, contact number email, etc. And most importantly, it needs to be automated to send the contract to the guest and to our email once they finish signing the contract and agree to the terms and conditions.

4. If possible, it should be easy for backend to switch out content. Otherwise, pls let me know what i should do when i need to change certain information.
