I need a simple Access database that I can pubish online

General information for the app: Club members and the equipment we have lent to them
Description of every page/module: The primary table is a list of members and their details (name, address, tel, email, date of joining, rank, etc.)
The secondary table is equipment we lend to each member and, as such, we need a table of equipment (description, size, cost, value, colour, destroyed, replaced) and then relate each set of equipment back to a member. Queries/reports will be members and the equipment issued to them or equipment and which members has one.

I really need an Access database but if someone could put all this into an iPhone app then this might be worth extra cost. This is a non profit club so if this I not feasible at the price, we won't proceed with the work.
