I need a programer/ developer to produce a client for CasparCG

We are looking for a programmer to produce a client for CasparCG video playout software. This would involve communicating to the Caspar Software over TCP to send commands in their AMCP language.

The specification is as follows:

Must Have:
- Ability to trigger 4 seperate vision channels using decklink card in CasparCG Playout machine.
- The ability to create playlist of videos on each channel and play these using Caspar CG
- Displays Time Remaining for each clip whilst playing.
- Play, Stop, Pause, Next, Previous controls for each channel
- Play, Stop, Pause controls that control all channels.
- Clear Lists for what is playing across what channel.
Should Have:
- Queues should be persistant on stop or pause remembering position in playqueue to allow you to resume.
- On ‘soft’ stop countdown to last frame playing pause each channel on last frame.

- Could preview channels in application
- Thumbnals for playing next.
- Audio Monitoring for each channel.
- Add media to media file in Caspar from client.
