I Need a professional Mobile App developed

General information for the app: The app will need to be developed in xamarin, with iOS and Android functionality
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 3 initially
Description of every page/module: First Screen will be the main page.(Solid green Arc) The designs are all included below and png graphics will be supplied via dropbox for the accepted proposal. The arch style of menu for ease of use with 1 hand is highly important. Initally pressing the icon that looks like a saucepan will open screen 2.
Screen 2 (Solid blue arc) - This displays a list of tasks in the black box. The user can then navigate to each item on list by pressing in the black box to select item, or by using the icons/arrows provided in the arc. The user will select ">#roast-chicken02.<" by clicking in the black box on the correct item, or by pressing the tick button and this will open screen 3
Screen 3 (Red to blue arc)- This will display 5 different numbers that will start with a hardcoded number such as 75. The user can then rotate these numbers to display numbers higher or lower than the initial range. when the user selects a number, they will be taken back to screen 1. The first line of the black box will be populated based on which task the user selects in screen 2.
Description of requirements/features: The Static arch menu for screen 1 & 2, with a rotating dial like radius for screen 3. each png should be set up as a seperate button with a click listener and displays a toast on android and iOS.
Specific technologies required: Xamarin, Android, iOS
Extra notes: This initial development will be a test of ability and may lead to the creation of the entire app (this work is like a pebble in a very large pond) , so please could you reflect your pricing. If you have created something similar to this layout in xamarin before this would strengthen your proposal.

Please let me know if anything im asking is impossible, but i know that with a developing background, not quite everything is impossible :)
