I need a Nightlife mobile app made

General information of the app: Nightlife real time information community driven reporting app.
Kind of development: App from scratch

I'm looking to get a nightlife app made that is community driven and depends on customers reporting what they have experienced inside a bar/drinking establishment, so providing real time information, based on the idea of Waze.

Description of every page/module:
1)They can login to the app via Facebook, Twitter or email.
2)The home page has a simple search function, allowing users to narrow down local bars (eg. What bar has cocktails, live sports, live music, busy, quiet etc)
3)Results takes you to a list of bars that are close to your Location, with distance.
4) A button is pressed indicating that user is going to that bar and an option to get directions.
5) when button is pressed it is logged as data, and the numerical figure is shown on the results page for each bar (on point 3) (Ie. 20 people are going)
6) An hour after the button is pressed a pop up notification comes up with 3 feedback questions or an option to skip. There's also an option to report for people who just walk in, maybe pop up through geo fencing or an active button to press, which also adds to the figures in point 3.
After a report is submitted, real time data should change to represent what is happening.

Apple iPhone to start, depending on timescale and budget, then android.
