Hi,
I've got a Mobile developper in my company, but he have no Design Skill.
I would like to have some UI/UX Mobile App (Android Tablet First) with static Design and fonctionnality already coded, like drag&drop, slide, button effects and more. I dont want only a PSD file.
I can give you our Mobile Android fonctionnal App, to test and make a Nice Design for us.

Sorry for my english, i try to speak like i can. We are a French IT Company.
Work needed :
- Mockup Proposition (free of charge)
- Design global UI (payed)
- There is 1 principal screen (player + playlist) and 3/4 others basic screens
What we need :
- An UI source with fonctionnality (drag&drop , buttons, slides, effects, etc..)
- A children or a grandpa can use it natively and fluently
What we do from our side :
- Coding dynamic listview and data sound
-UPDATE- : Mockup are available
