I need a mobile app created

I need someone who specialises in mobile app development who can build me an app. I have my sketches of each tab, my ideas and brainstorm but need someone to bring it to life. I would like to have close communication with this individual so they create exactly what I am looking for. I need it to be on brand and on trend in terms of interface design.
