I need a IOS developer.

I need a UI Map kit with logo annotation. It must be enabled to receive users location. The map will show logos which represent the companies locations. In the case that a user touches a logo to trigger a segue to a table view. It needs to be able to provide navigation assistance once the app unwind from the table view. In the map please provide mock up logos, and make an outlet for at least one logo to represent an actual GPS signaled location. I only need code for the UIMap.
