I need a crawler to collect profiles data from Linkedin, preferably written in php.

I am looking for a crawler to collect as much Linkein profile information for all countries except uk and us. The information should include linkedin unique id (use as a primary key in db), fname, lname, linkedin url, location (country), current position, current company, industry, previous experience (company name, position, location, calculate years of experience), education (name of institute, level (BSC, MSC,...), subject, years (from, to), contact information (such as email, mobile, company website), personal information (birthday and marital status if visible).

We might be looking for around 100m profiles. Do you think you would be able to lead this project and deliver the data in mysql format? how long do you think it will take to amend your crawler and fetch the data? Do you need a linkedin account to access the contact information of upto 3 degree connection? Are you using API or php crawler parsing the html files?
