I need a cool weather app for personal use

General information for the app: The app shows the weather and informs me if it's a good day to play sports outside
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: The screen must display the following in the order it is listed:
- current location (city, state, country)
- current weather condition at location (raining, snowing, windy, sunny, cloudy, partly cloudy)
- current weather temperature at location (imperial)
- if it's a good day to play sports or not

More Information
- must be done in Android Studio
- use openweather API (since it's free and easy to use)
- it's a good day to play sports outside if it is sunny or partly cloudy and if the temperature is 65 degrees or above, any other weather condition and degrees below 65 is not a good day to play sports
- does not matter if it's night time or day time
- code is well commented
- all project files and source code is provided to me in case I want to add or edit some things

I would like this done asap so probably by the end of 11/17/16.
Extra notes: I thought it would be cool to have an app that tells me if it's a good day to play sports outside since there isn't an app that performs with that kind of logic yet.
