A start up Facilities maintenance services firm wants an application with the following features.
Client interface
Technician interface
Back end / control panel
Log in procedure to be simple . After registration , providing name address ( GPS coordinates to be identified) , open with mobile number as user ID and OTP as password.
Once the service request is registered selecting services client should have option to upload photos of faults or work to be done using mobile.
Upon receiving the registration client should get a confirmation at the same time the back office also to be alerted.
Customer coordinator to call the client within 10 minutes to evaluate the requirement as well as to allocate a technician /team for the job .
The technican will be alerted with details of name of client , address, location map compatible with googlemaps and type of fault to be rectified etc .
Techncians location should be traceable live.
Upon evaluating the work , feedback including spare parts / consumables required and labor details will be communicated to back office , who will generate an estimate / quote through the app and communicate to client . Once it is accepted work will start and upon completion of the work , Invoice will be generated through the app . Payment to be collected using Debit/credit cards . Customer feedback is recorded through the mobile application . Control panel to have options for dash boards , reports -customized as well as master data related to the client which should be accessed by the partners using special access protected by PW .
