GPS location on android phone

I require the development of a technical solution to simulate GPS coordinates on an Android smartphone to bypass location verification in a particular application. The target application checks the reported location against the device's GPS coordinates to authenticate certain actions. Currently, utilizing a mock locations app does not circumvent the verification as the application likely cross-checks the location with GPS sensors on the device.

An innovative solution is needed to programmatically manipulate the GPS location directly on the Android phone without requiring any additional apps installation. The proposed approach should be able to spoof customizable coordinates that the target app would read as the genuine location. Due to security reasons, directly altering the GPS hardware may not be advisable. Hence, a method to intercept and modify the location retrievals at the operating system or application layer is preferred.

The technical implementation must be reliable and not flag the application or trigger any suspicious behavior. Only pushing fake coordinates that align with the application's intended use would be appropriate. The location spoofing should be seamless without any visible artifacts to the user. Testing will be done to ensure the coordinates provided align with those read by the target app. Bid proposals should include the anticipated effort, timeline, and approach without sharing any sensitive details.
