Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are launching an innovative, ultra-lightweight mobile application specifically engineered for the Zimbabwean consumer market called "Uvyro Data Pass". The platform focuses on distributing cost-effective daily data micro-bundles to local users by connecting mobile network APIs with automated ad-network micro-subsidies.
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Mobile Developer who intimately understands emerging market constraints—specifically optimizing for low bandwidth, cellular network drops, and aggressive asset compression.
Your objective will be to build our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from scratch, linking local payment rails to programmatic telecom data distribution.
KEY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frontend Mobile: Flutter & Dart. The production Android application package (.apk) MUST be strictly optimized to compile under 15MB to protect our users' data budgets.
• Server Backend: Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI). Lightweight, fast, and structured behind a secure server environment variable layer (.env).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying and managing clean virtual private servers (specifically a Linux droplet on DigitalOcean scaled for low monthly overheads).
• Database: PostgreSQL with robust schema configurations designed for an offline-first state machine architecture.
REQUIRED API INTEGRATIONS:
1. Paynow Zimbabwe API: To handle automated EcoCash, InnBucks, and OneMoney USSD push prompts and backend verification webhooks.
2. Africa's Talking API: To manage automated real-time mobile data bundle fulfillment to recipient SIM cards.
3. Google AdMob SDK: Implementing secure Server-Side Verification (SSV) rewarded video ad sequences that serve as a security lock/unlock gate for transactions.

-

1. Do you have an existing UI/UX design or wireframes, or will the freelancer be responsible for designing the application as well?
2. Will the project include an admin dashboard to manage users, bundles, transactions, ad rewards, and fulfilment status? -

Your focus on keeping the Android build under 15MB for low bandwidth users in Zimbabwe gives the MVP a clear constraint. Are your Paynow and Africa's Talking accounts already set up with API access ready for integration, or should account setup be included in the MVP scope?
