Flutter App: Product Payments and AppStore/PlayStore deploy

I am looking for a freelancer to help me finish my Flutter App. I am have experience as a manager of developers, you can expect professional level communication and knowledge from me. See my reviews.

What is done:
The app design is finished.
The database structure for user data and content is finished (Firebase)
Account creation, Google and Facebook authentication work.

What needs to be done:
This is an educational app, thus the content is the product. Content need to be feature gated and linked to products. (Only viewable when a user has purchased the product.)
The database has content fields for 3 different languages. They need to be selectable from user settings(selector page already present.)
Once the above 2 are done I will need some help deploying to app store and play store.
