Flutter App for iOS & Android

We are looking for someone to build a proof of concept mobile app within flutter that can be listed within Apple iOS and Google Play app stores. We already have all of the required functionality built in our web app which can be demo'd. This gig is to provide a mobile friendly view one a SINGLE screen within a mobile app.

We already have a Laravel App and React front end with fully documented API for facilitate development of this app.
App features:
- Login screen with password recovery option
- Screen showing a list of tasks applicable to the user
- Click each task to be taken to task detail screen which contains 2 fields to complete and a save/dismiss button
- Integration with PushWoosh API to notify the user each time a new task is created in the database AND to send a re-notification every 5 minutes if the task is not actioned.
