Finish IOS App

Hi, my name is Stephane. I have a startup (Disk Manicure) which basically works like Uber but for manicures. We geolocalize service providers and match demand. We are launching a new app based on the Cordova programming language for Android and IOS. Our programmer based here in Brazil encounters some problems when he tried to upload to the apple store. The apple developper support claims that there are some bugs and incoherence in the IOS version. Android is OK and has been already uploaded in Play Store. So Im after help to fix theses bugs and be able to upload to Apple store. They said that it was a incompability with the IPV6 Protocol but our programmers don't know how to resolve that issue.

Do you have any ideas yo solve this issue. Do you think it's hard to find the problem and fix it? Have you ever been exposed to that? How much time it will take? The rest of the entire app is already finished.
