I need a simple voting application for facebook.
The vote is for The Top 100 DJs.
The first page would be a form with five fields for the voters choice of DJs
The second page would capture some of the voters details
The third page would be a finishing page - with a few special offers from ourselves and our sponsor
There would be a fourth page for voting validation (although this could be a link to our website)
Only people who like our facebook page would be able to vote and I would want you to come up with ideas of how to put a button on other people's pages and websites
