We are an Electric Vehicle charger Installer www.zapvehiclecharging.co.uk . We would like the below APP making. Could you let me know if this is possible?

We would like to offer FREE subscription to the People who have EV Chargers in the UK at their home or Workplace. These people will offer/rent their Chargers to fellow Electric Vehicle Owners with a small revenue for their service.

The Electric Vehicle Drivers will get the APP free until we have a decent amount of users and then we will charger the Drivers a small monthly subscription.
