Document Management Portal in AngularJS

General information for the business: Document Management Portal
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: We are looking for an experienced Developer to develop a Document Management Portal in Angular JS. The Portal has the minimum following features but not limited to.
1. Each user will have dedicated user name and password to open the account. The user can create their account from the website.
2. Each user can upload the documents of all types such as Images, Microsoft Office doc, PDF and all other supported documents along with some document information.
3. The software should take some inputs like document types and expiry date etc, such that, the Software should send remainder mails to the End user from the Server upon reaching the Date.
4. Software should have search option to list any attached documents by entering any of the Filtering factors (Name, Expiry date etc).
4. There should be an admin portal to view and manage all the Customers.
5. Since the application is developed in AngularJS, there should be Cross compiled app developed for both iOS and Android platforms.
