General information for the business: The Grubhub of Healthy Food Ordering
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: The user will be able to create an account by typing in a username and password that they will receive from their insurance company. After logging in, there will be three different tabs: "Search", "Your Order" and "My Account".

"Search" Section:

In search, users will be shown a list of nearby restaurants that offer healthy restaurant dishes. They will be able to filter these results by "Distance" (from user), "Top Rated", "Minimum Order Price", "Pickup Only", "Delivery Only" or "Open Now". When scrolling through the different restaurant names, basic company information including the restaurant's 1-5 star rating (from Yelp) and distance from the user will be visible.

After selecting a restaurant, the user will be taken to the restaurant's menu of healthy foods. A small icon on the top of the restaurant's menu will reveal the restaurant's basic information including it's name, address, distance from user, minimum delivery order cost, delivery fee, whether the restaurant delivers to the user's area, a brief line of text saying what kind of restaurant it is (Chinese, Italian, etc..), it's Yelp 1-5 star rating, an icon to view the restaurant's Yelp profile page a well as whether it offers pickup, delivery or both.

"Your Order" Section:

After the user selects the healthy menu items that they would like to order, they will be taken to the "Your Order" page where they can list any special cooking instructions as well as the quantity of those dishes they would like to order. This page will also display the costs of the order including the delivery cost, tax, order total, and amount due. The restaurant's phone number will also be visible on this page incase the user wants to call the restaurant with any concerns. There will be a large icon at the bottom of this page that says "Start Checkout". After selecting this icon, users will be able to pay with cash or a credit card. They will also be able to select a tip for the delivery driver if they choose to pay with a credit card. The tip options will be 10%, 15% and 20%. There will be a large icon at the end of this page where users can submit their order.

"My Account" Section:

After selecting My Account, users will be able to access past orders, restaurants that they have favorited and their account settings. In account settings, users will be able to edit their user info, account info, insurance login info and address info. There will also be a section labeled "Manja Insurance points". Here, users will be able to view a simple counter of how many healthy dishes they have ordered turing their current month. This number is reset to zero at the end of every month.
Description of requirements/functionality: Manja will provide a mobile platform that will allow health insurance companies to analyze, monitor and reward their members for eating healthy takeout dishes. After logging into the app, insurance members will be able to swipe through the approved dish listings in their area. Upon selecting and ordering a dish, users will receive points that will count towards a discount in their health insurance premiums at the end of every month.
