Develop software for health screening clinic report

We are seeking a skilled software developer to create an efficient health screening report application tailored for our clinic. The software will facilitate the input of client demographics and essential parameters such as height, weight, BMI, and smoking status. Users will select from a library of pre-written text for symptoms and examinations, with the ability to mark positive findings. Additionally, the application should allow for free text entry for any unique examination findings not included in the pre-written options. Also we should be able to write conclusion in free text. We aim for a user-friendly interface that streamlines report generation while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
