Develop an Android App

Hi All

I am developing an app and I need help. In the sense that I don't want someone to build the app for me but I want someone to help me develop the app through code and screen sharing sessions. This would start at a high level quickly working towards the design (xml) and then functionality (Java).

The app will be developed in Android Studio. Therefore I need someone proficient with this IDE. Overall I am looking for a good Android developer who can provide weekly sessions using a mix of Skype or a similar screen sharing software. Communication will obviously be important so good English is essential. I am hoping these session will be weekly 1-2 hours sessions or 2 one hour sessions spread over a week. This app needs to be built and functional in 11 weeks.
