Develop a simple IOS app that adds a framework to a picture instantly

For this project, I need you to develop an app which can take a customized layout (for example, a white frame with a logo on it) and instantly put it on a picture. Access to the camera, take a picture, put the layout instantly on it and then print it with AirPrint or Bluetooth or anything else.

(see attached files) For example, my frame is a New York frame. I am in New York and I decide to take the picture of Lady Liberty. This picture is instantly resized to fit in the area of my frame.
