Desktop Software Application

To develop a Windows desktop application which uploads images from within folders on the pc to a web server. Application must also send same images to printer continously or on demand. User menu to include photo album with basic image manipulation including resize, rotate, crop, adding borders and text codes onto images. Application must run in the background and continue uploading if previously interrupted, i.e. use a que system. Menu system with various settings for auto/manual uploading, resizing, etc.
