Hello my name is Brendan Magill and I have been a golf course manager for the past three years during that time I have had the club website built and tools installed to aid me in my job as the administrator and other tools to aid the membership.     Hi Brendan

    I have read your document and I can see there is an issue with how the database has been structured with regard to Membership. I would propose that the membership data would sit in a separate child table so that a historical record can be kept of changing memberships (including part years for refunds) and this would cover your two scenarios.

    However at this stage I would need to know what database system you are using and the language of the online system that interacts with that database.
