Custom WA sender with AI replies, image support, pacing, admin

Timeline: 5-10 days
You are developing a custom WhatsApp automation application, hosted on my own server, to replace the current WAChatbot-ACWBot system. The app must:
• Send automated WhatsApp messages triggered by ActiveCampaign tags, without using Twilio or WAChatbot or paid apps.
• Integrate with my OpenAI Assistant ("Charlie") to:
o Automatically respond to user messages based on conversation history.
o Attach and send images intelligently when relevant.
• Provide an admin panel to create, manage, monitor, and cancel campaign messages.
• Ensure message pacing (only when triggered by ActiveCampaign) between 1m10s and 2m10s, randomly spaced.
• Be scalable to support multiple WhatsApp numbers (1-5 accounts), each with its own queue and assistant.
