Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Creating a set of HTML fields showing the chrats in operation
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Num. of modules: 9 separate short HTML files
Description of every module: They are all the same
Description of requirements/functionality: Google provides a rich set of chart examples. We wish to create a set of stand alone HTML files that can display some of the examples. 26 examples are described at:
https://google-developers.appspot.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery
Please create 9 stand alone HTML files, one for each of these 9 examples:
Bar Charts
Column Charts
Gauge Charts
Histograms
Line Charts
Pie Charts
Scatter Charts
Timelines
Trendlines
Other developers can then use these as templates. You can view an example at:
http://data.x-mr.com/examples/table_example.html
The HTML code in the above example has been copied directly from the Google example. In several cases the example use jsfiddle which is a little bit more work – but not a lot!
The HTML files should have the name of the example (use an underline for a space) followed by an underline and the word example:
Bar_Charts_example.html
Column_Charts_example.html
Gauge_Charts_example.html
Histograms_example.html
Line_Charts_example.html
Pie_Charts_example.html
Scatter_Charts_example.html
Timelines_example.html
Trendlines_example.html
An experience JS developer will be able to do this in a few minutes for each item.
It is anticipated that further work to expand the functionality may be commissioned as subsequent projects.
CMS and Admin requirements: none
Specific technologies required: HTML & Javascript
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes: Google provides a rich set of chart examples. We wish to create a set of stand alone HTML files that can display some of the examples. 26 examples are described at:
