Create Native eBook Reader Apps for iOS, Android, and WebView.

Description of every page/module: I want to Develop Native eBook Reader Apps, and an Online Reader to be integrated with my website.

Please check this app out, I am looking for something similar, but better. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.obreey.reader. The apps and the Webview app, should have all the features in the reference app and better features too.
Please download the eBook reader app (pocket book), referenced app above. Though it is an Android app, but I need similar apps in the 3 variations stated above, that have similar but better features.

The native apps, Android, iOS and an eReader to be integrated with my website www.smartebookshop.com; that can be used via Webview. Please send a detailed proposal stipulating your understanding of this project.
You will be designing and developing the apps and will also be helping with designing or formulating how the required APIs go be gotten from my website.
Basic expected Features:
Read, search, make notes and highlights in PDF (Adobe DRM), EPUB (Adobe DRM), DjVu, MOBI, PDB, TXT, FB2, FB2.zip, CHM, html(basic), CBZ, CBR, СBT, RTF, DOCX book formats. Enjoy a unique, fast and user-friendly interface that must be designed to provide the most convenient set of options for our readers to fully enjoy reading a book.
Description of requirements/features: This eBook reader must allow reader to customize their reading experience by adjusting text size, layouts, colours and many other options.

Main features:
- Scroll or turn pages by swiping, tapping on the edge of the screen or by using the volume keys.
- Use single page, dual page or scroll viewing modes.
- Search text to find needed information.
- Highlight text and make notes.
- Export notes and highlights to a file.
- Adjust display brightness while reading.
- Lock screen orientation.
- Quickly access to table of contents, notes and highlights.
- Easy book navigation.
- Adobe DRM support.
- OPDS catalogs.
- ABBYY Lingvo, GoldenDict, ForaDict dictionaries support
- Text-to-speech (TTS) to support major languages (English (US and UK), Russian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French, etc.

PDF & DjVu features:
- Crop page margins manually or automatically to fit page content to the screen size.
- Use pinch and stretch gestures to zoom in or out page.
- Use double tap to zoom to a particular text fragment.
- Turbo PDF mode (Fast PDF rendering )

EPUB, FB2, TXT, RTF, MOBI, PDB features:
- Use pinch-to-zoom gestures to change font size.
- Change text and background color. PocketBook reader supports four color themes (night, day, sepia and grey).
