Create and develop a NEW Mobile Application

I am launching a new brand in football coaching, scouting, and analysis. I am hoping to become a licenced FIFA Intermediary later this year, at which point I will also be able to offer player representation as a service.
A new website and player portal (web application) is being designed and developed (by two teams) as we speak, and I would like to add a mobile application developer and/or team to the existing group.
The web app will allow aspiring football players across the globe to create and manage their own digital football CVs. It will permit the players to register for a FREE account, and once they have been completed email and telephone verification, they will have full access to their account and profile.
The user will be able to add the their personal details, nationality details, contact information, vital statistics, club details, and playing details. As well as, upload photos and videos, and develop their own football portfolio.
For minors (under the age of 16) there will be a security function that connects their account with a parent/guardian to oversee, as we aim to comply with wellbeing & safeguarding measures enforced by the FA, UEFA and FIFA.
There will also be a function to connect their social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube etc with their online digital profile. Needless to say that there will also be a seamless function to share their profiles with others across platforms, such as, WhatsApp. It will also include a messaging service within itself.
The mobile app will be a mirror image of the web app, which will soon be completed.
We would like you to include/consider the following within your proposal:
- Deposit amount to start work
- Full breakdown of what you will offer within your proposal (Interface, UI planning, Design Integration, Web services, Web services implementation, Bug Fixing etc)
- Confirm whether you will provide a flow, storyboard and/or mock/wireframe
- What work will be carried out for the admin panel and backend
- API functionality
- Any quality assurance/testing (including any manual testing)
- Unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the final design/development
- Professional service
- We would like payments to be spread across the duration of the job. So, please send us your milestones, including when and how much payment is to be released.
- For each milestone clearly state what work needs to be completed for each instalment to be paid.
- We expect there to be some post-completion support/maintenance. So, please state how many months of support/maintenance will be included within your proposal.
- If we would like to extend the support/maintenance beyond the period you have offered as part of your proposal, then please state what would be the monthly/quarterly cost.
- We would like the design of the mobile app to incorporate our logo, them, colour scheme, style etc.
- The mobile app will need to be suitable for Android, Apple, Windows, and more.
- As the mobile app will be for both Android and Apple, once completed, it would need to be published on both Googleplay and Apple Store. It should support both phones and tablets.
- We will require a private control panel to monitor analytic information, and have the facility to send push notifications to all users.
We are looking to establish an excellent working relationship with someone who we can use for repeated work in the near future and beyond. As our presence expands, we will collaborate with sports tech brands, which will require API integration. And we would want to continue working with the same developer/team.
Our work will be protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and we will own all intellectual property from the moment the a proposal has been accepted, and the deposit has been paid. As we are still working to complete the website and web app, we will not be able to start work on the mobile app until the current work has been completed. So, we require your patient and cooperation. We will however pay the deposit and have it sit in the PPH escrow to show our commitment to work with you.
