Create an app for our staff based on the backend of our website

We need an Apple app creating that will work on iPad 2's upwards - if it can work on phones too its a bonus.

Currently our staff have leader profiles via our website, we'd like them to be able to access this via their staff iPad.

My web developer can provide APIs.

Each staff member has their own login which the Admin creates via website.

Sections of app...

1. My DBS -- API's ready 10th May
Display document and photo of that staff member

2. DOCUMEMTS -- API's ready 10th May
Allows them to securely view specific documents allocated to them - View only

3. SESSION FORMS --- API's ready
all them to complete records and reports on schools allocated to them
(request online session for handbook for instructions on how to operate)

4. Reporting and accessing --- API's ready 17th May
assign a grade to students within classes allocated to them on a half termly basis, registers uploaded via admin

5. School --- API's ready 1st May
View list of schools allocated to them

6. Records --- API's ready 1st May
View their staff record and create a message to their manager via staff feedback.

All API's provided.
Must upload to App Store - we have an account for this.
design to be similar to our website. must work on iPad 2's upward.
Must function without internet access and then sync and upload once connected.
