General information for the app: Filters and overlay animations for photos
Description of requirements/features: Create a user defined ROI function, the kernel object from which can be custom filtered. The custom filters should be plug in image units (preferably in a format that can be used with both Xcode and Java but Xcode is fine to begin with) There will be a mixture of standard filters and animated AR units. Artwork for animations will be supplied.
