Convert Website to Mobile App and Submit

I need my website wrapped into a fully functional mobile app and submitted to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The website has a backend with user accounts, live data and interactive features so this needs to be done properly, not a basic WebView wrapper. I need the app to handle user accounts, live data and backend functionality correctly. Any issues with store compliance or approval must be handled as part of the job.

The preferred technology for this project is Flutter as the existing backend is already built on Flutter and Node.js. This will ensure consistency across the platform. Please only apply if you have proven experience building and publishing Flutter apps to both stores.
