Convert IOS app to Android + ongoing work

General information for the app: The app is a Bar and Pub rating app
Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of requirements/features: I'm looking for someone enthusiastic, creative and who wants to be really get involved in the development of an exciting project.
The immediate work will be to convert our app that is currently in IOS format to Android and release on that format. Thereafter, ongoing maintenance and adding of new features periodically on both IOS and Android versions.

You will need to be very comfortable in both IOS and Android want to be part of a project that will grow and grow quickly.

The work is offered on a fixed + commission (5%) basis. Commission being paid on all sales as a result of the app(the income source isn't the app itself)

I'm really looking for more than just a freelancer. The project is quite special and for the right person looking to join a project and make a name for themself, it will be very rewarding financially and career-wise.
