Coffee ordering app for various stores

The App will be dedicated to coffee shops only.

Customers need to be able to search for local coffee shops, pre order a drink/food, select a time to pick up, pay through the app and then collect in store.

The app needs to be user friendly and available on both IOS and Android.

The back end needs to be simple so we can upload coffee shops throughout the UK and Europe.

This system need to be compatible with POS system so that coffee shops can instantly receive the order and print out a ticket.

We also need data to be tracked such as revenue, number of orders etc.

App must have a reward system and be able to send push notifications to peoples phones

The back end will allow the coffee shop to add menu items, take menu items off, change prices, add images etc.

Also there needs to be a messenger in the app so customers can speak directly to the coffee shop upon purchase and inform them if they will be late picking up the order or the coffee shop can tell the customer they are running late themselves.

This is a live project. My app developer has fallen ill so now I am in need of a quick turnaround as we have coffee shops signed up.
