Cloud application along with website

General information for the business: Required website/application and backend system
Description of requirements/functionality: I am looking for a website to be built and a application which users can register and log in through website.

The application i am looking for is a much smaller version of sage 50 accounts. for example creating and posting transactions to a trial balance, reporting, budgeting, year end, customer data base etc.

Having bookkeeping understanding and being comfortable with mathematics is very important you will be responsible for calculations.

Also what i will need is a backend system for me to manage clients who sign up and get analytically info. Also a training manual for app and how and where calculations are taken from. I am willing to be negotiable on price for the right person and attitude.
