Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking for the development of a simple C# library that will allow me to use M-Bus over TCP to read data from a heat meter.
The definition of M-Bus can be found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meter-Bus
Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate that they have completed similar development before.
The software should be developed using Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5 as appropriate.
The source code is part of the project deliverable.
All Intellectual Property Rights including copyright is part of the project deliverable.
