Business mentoring mobile application

I am finding app developer for business mentoring mobile application. this application will run only in korea.

Concept : There are lot of franchise brands, but no information available from actual owner running franchise brand like monthly income, location, operation know-how. So I would like to build application that can connect between actual owner and people interest in running that brands. This app, will not much different with other mentoring applications which is already launched.
