I need an iPhone app to display my website and make sure that it gets published into the app store. The app should do the following:
1) Display a splash screen with my logo and colors when opening until the page is loaded
2) Have javascript and local caching available
3) Open external urls or new tabs in the users browser instead of the app
The app must be successfully published into the app store, and I'll need a copy of the code when finished.
