Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
I want a responsive application.
It is for back end operation of an insurance agency
And overall overview of the application is detailed in the PDFs file attached
It has to be completed in 30 days or less
You have to be available AT LEAST ONCE EVERYDAY to answer to my queries and update progress
The code has to be sufficiently commented. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
The whole application must be build in accordance to all web standards and best practice
If you are selected, the first thing you have to do is come up with a work schedule : what will you do first, second, third until finish. I expect you to build the relational database first. AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS SCHEDULE.
I also need a user manual written clearly for each module and section
