Application for multiple choice questions

Build an application that will have a front and a back end.
The front end needs to show a list of multiple choice questions to a user. The user will have a timer on each questions as the appear.
The list of questions need to be added in the backend with their answers as options. We should also be able to determine the time required to answer the question before it moves to the next one. We should also be able to select the correct answer when creating the questions in the backend.
Once the questions are already added to a set, they can be sent out using a unique url to different users where the user will enter their name and email address. They won't need to login.
The backend will require a login where we will be able to see all the url that has been sent to the user together with the correct marks.

The application needs to be built using nodejs and angular.
