App usage monitor app for Android

I'm looking to develop an app much like Quality Time https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zerodesktop.appdetox.qualitytime&hl=en_IE

An app that monitors app usage on Android devices.


The app need to have these main criteria:
- Terms & Conditions + Privacy screen (needs to be modified on demand) with acceptance button
- Report of the Android device usage based on apps ,length of session, time of day of open / close, number of instances of open and closure of app etc.
- The report should be uploaded on a daily basis or on request to a server - the upload and data should be encrypted and the user should be notified once it happens
- The back-end should enable downloading a report per user or aggregated in a common formaT (csv, xls, etc)

It is meant to be used for research purposed of correlation between digital behavior and diseases.
