App for Golfers

I am looking for a App developer to create a Golf App for a company that helps people to learn and improve golf.

The App needs to have the following:

Free and paid for App
1. Compatible on iPhone, iPad and Android
2. Help the golfer with: alignment, ball position, grips, backswing etc.
3. GPS position of where they are on the golf course and how far they have to go to the pin with recommended golf club choice
4. Video
5. Training Guide

Please can you let me know:

1. When can you start?
2. How long it will take to create from start to finish?
3. Examples of previous Apps you have created (especially sport of golfing ones)
4. How much in total it will cost to create the App and any monthly occurring costs?
