App for Events Accreditation

Hi all,

I work in a room, where all kinds of events take place. And today, the accreditations are manual and the seals are not identified.

What I need an app for accreditations, that can read and interpret a QR, and that this QR contains a number that serves the system, and also the same number is printed on the seal for a manual control in case of system failure.

I would also like that QR to take them to a website, in which I thank them for visiting us, invite them to qualify, etc, but that is another subject and easy to do, the app would have to put the link.

Clarifications and summary on the application:
- You should read QR, the QR should have a number, a web and text of thanks, or what they recommend.
- It should be possible to set ring bands for the party, for example from 500 to 1000.
- It should be possible to ban in case of loss of seals, for example from 490 to 500.
- It should be possible to load the information of the document by the QR that they have, to associate to the seal the data of a person.
- To detect if someone has already entered, that they can not do it again, unless the exit is loaded.
- Must be able to generate QRs in bulk, now we want to print 25000 seals.

And everything you can recommend me for this type of project, ideal from the cell phone.
