App Expert Review

I currently have an iOS and Android app written in Swift and Kotlin.
There is approximately 1500 lines of Swift code, the iOS App contains the following:

UIKit and Swift
A MVC Architecture
A Tab Bar Controller
Use of a TableView
Core Data
Communication with a REST API
Simple Swift Animations
The Android app contains the following:

Constraint Layout and Kotlin
A MVC Architecture
Use of Recycler Views
Room data
Communication with a REST API

I would need a Quote for the cost of an experienced iOS and Android developer/s to give an Expert Review of the source code with improvements on :
Memory management of the App (including any memory leaks).
Manageability of the code.
Coding practices and standards.
CPU and Network management
Code modularity. Can the code be condensed?
Any other points of improvements for the App are welcome.
